MEET THE DOULA

 I am a Birth Doula in the White Mountain area here in Arizona! I am a wife, a mother, and a Christian. I was born and raised in the military and recently called Snowflake my home again in 2021. I have five children, one heavenly boy I lost via miscarriage, two boys, and two girls - whom keep me busy all the time. I absolutely love being a wife and a mother so my days are consumed with spending time with them. I am beyond passionate about the birth world so I am here to serve other mothers like myself in: pregnancy, birth, newborn care. I offer education and support during child birth and postpartum. I coach during childbirth and provide physical support and comfort during the process of labor. I am continuing my education in hypnobirthing and midwifery, and I look forward to serving all of those here in our beautiful community.
